Refund policy

At Limitless Brain Lab, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read this policy before requesting a return.


1. Return Window

You may request a return within [7] days of receiving your order. After this period, we can't offer a refund or exchange.


2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging, with all seals, tags, and accessories intact
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase


3. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Supplements, capsules, powders, or other consumables that have been opened or had their safety seal broken
  • Digital products (online courses, e-books, downloadable programs, audio files) once they have been accessed or downloaded
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked "Final Sale" or purchased at a clearance discount Personalized or custom-made items


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within [7] days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and packaging
  • A short description of the issue

We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, at no charge to you.


5. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at cbrainlinks@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. If your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within [5–10] business days. Your bank or card provider may take extra time to process it.  Late or missing refund? First check with your bank or card provider, then contact us at our email.
